Join Our Mission to Transform Financial Literacy
We're looking for people who genuinely care about helping others build confidence with money. Not the flashy investment types—we mean the real work of teaching budgeting, debt management, and practical planning that actually changes lives.
If you've ever helped a mate understand their tax return or explained superannuation to your parents, you already know what we do. We just do it at scale across Australia.
Current Opportunities
We're growing our team across multiple areas. All positions are based in Macquarie Fields with flexible working arrangements available.
Financial Education Specialist
You'll work directly with Australian families, helping them understand everything from basic budgeting to superannuation strategies. This isn't about selling products—it's about teaching skills that stick.
- Background in financial services or education
- Clear communicator who can explain complex topics simply
- Comfortable with workshops and one-on-one sessions
- Relevant certifications preferred but not essential
Curriculum Developer
Create educational content that actually makes sense to regular people. We need someone who can take dry financial concepts and turn them into engaging, practical lessons.
- Experience in instructional design or content creation
- Understanding of Australian financial regulations
- Ability to write for diverse audiences
- Interest in educational psychology a bonus
Community Engagement Coordinator
Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups. You'll coordinate our outreach programs and make sure we're reaching people who need financial education most.
- Experience in community development or outreach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with diverse communities
- Local network connections helpful
What Drives Us Every Day
Education Over Sales
We don't work on commission. Never have. Our job is to teach, not to sell financial products. That changes the entire dynamic of how we work with people.
Real-World Focus
Theory is fine, but we care more about practical skills people can use immediately. Can they build a budget tonight? Understand their payslip? That's what matters.
Continuous Learning
Financial regulations change. Best practices evolve. We invest heavily in keeping our team updated because outdated education helps no one.
Inclusive Approach
Financial literacy shouldn't require a finance degree. We create content and programs that work for everyone, regardless of their starting point or background.
Hear From Our Team
Eldridge Pemberton
Senior Financial Educator
"I came from traditional banking and honestly, this is different. There's no pressure to upsell or hit targets. Just genuine conversations about money. Last week I helped a single mum understand her Centrelink payments and tax obligations—she left crying happy. That's the job."
Our Hiring Process
We keep things straightforward. No endless interview rounds or pointless assessments. Here's what to expect if you apply.
Initial Chat
A relaxed conversation about your background and what you're looking for. Usually 20-30 minutes over phone or video.
Skills Discussion
We'll talk through scenarios you might face in the role. Nothing tricky—just real situations to see how you think.
Team Meeting
Meet the people you'd work with daily. Coffee and conversation, basically. We want to make sure it's a good fit both ways.
Decision Time
We'll be in touch within a week with next steps. If it's a yes, we'll sort out the details and get you started.
Don't see the right role? Get in touch anyway. We're always interested in meeting talented people.
